The founder of Kaiser Dubai, Raj started his journey in textile and furniture manufacturing for residential interiors in Europe. Staying within the world of interiors, Raj went on to explore German kitchens and eventually established Innerspace Dubai, launching Kaiser Kitchens in 2022.

Having started his career in a kitchen studio in Oxford, England, David’s expertise spans Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and Africa, equipping him to meet the multi-faceted requirements of even the most demanding chefs, professional cooks, VIPs, and celebrities. Leading the team as Director of Sales, he is an ardent believer in the pursuit of intelligent design. His expertise and leadership drive the team to deliver both stylish and incredibly functional designs.

Maya is an award-winning marketer specialized in strategic brand development and implementation.

In a career spanning more than 15 years, she has worked with both global and local brands across a multitude of industries to develop and implement brand and marketing strategies that drive awareness and solidify growth. By leveraging market insights, consumer behavior, and data analytics, Maya works to guide the team in building distinct and powerful brands and delivering a best-in-class experience for our clients.

Nirav is accomplished and result- oriented financial professional with over 22 years of experience in developing and leading financial strategies to facilitate corporate growth plans and profitability of business operations. With vast experience across a multitude of industries including engineering, retail, and mall management, Nirav brings mindful financial stewardship and a wealth of expertise in the areas of financial planning, budgeting, analysis, reporting and tax management. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

A global expert in premium interior design, Julia has designed interiors for some of Europe's most discerning clientele. Her vast experience in the industry led to a specialisation in German kitchen design. Sharing both Kaiser’s German heritage and international outlook, Julia crafts some of the most striking spaces and functional solutions for clients across the globe. Her unique combination of incredible design expertise, years of luxury décor expertise, and unmatched understanding of global cooking cultures help her build impeccable kitchens in countries as diverse as Saudi Arabia, Mexico, Morocco, Germany, Scandinavia, America, India, Ethiopia, Kenya, Uganda, and Nigeria.

A keen eye for detail sets Rohit’s exceptional designs apart. To Kaiser he brings extensive product and material knowledge, building truly bespoke kitchens that have our clients coming back for more. Rohit has 12 years of premium kitchen design experience in the UK and an astute understanding of culturally diverse clients' needs. Leveraging this knowledge, he creates thoughtfully crafted kitchens perfectly suited to each individual client. His high-spirited personality brings positivity to the team and our clients.

Fueled by fond memories of cooking with her mother at a young age, Amrin’s love for the kitchen has been a lifelong passion. She began her journey with Häcker in 2012 in Hyderabad and has remained with the brand for over a decade. Amrin creates a highly interactive experience for every client to understand who they are and where they come from so that she can design a kitchen that reflects even their unspoken desires. Amrin holds a Bachelor of Arts degree and speaks Arabic, English, Hindi, and Urdu.

Chiara’s global experience across Europe, Australia, and the Middle East and her fluency in four languages have influenced her highly multicultural approach to design. Her appreciation for different cultures helps her ask the right questions to understand and design for diverse clients. Her passion is working directly with clients to create a kitchen they will truly enjoy. Chiara studied in Milan and holds a Bachelor’s Degree and a Master’s Degree in design. She speaks English, Italian, Spanish, and Portuguese fluently.

Joshua Wakley began his career in the industry in 2017. Originally from the UK, he has developed numerous high-end kitchen designs for large apartment complexes. Joshua has a natural creative spark and excels at turning a blank canvas into a stunning design. He places a strong emphasis on communication with clients, ensuring they are informed and involved throughout the design process.

Joshua recently relocated to the UAE and is excited to bring his skills and experience to new projects in the region. In his free time, he enjoys going to the gym and socialising with friends.

Linda studied Interior Architecture at Académie Libanaise des Beaux-Arts (ALBA) in Lebanon. Since 2016, she has been immersed in the dynamic world of kitchen design across Lebanon, Kuwait, and UAE working with European kitchen brands. Her commitment to a seamless client experience guarantees fulfilment of their needs and desires. Linda is fluent in both Arabic and English.

Since 2011, Amit has accumulated diverse experience across areas such as Operations, Logistics, Quality Control, and Process Improvement Tools, bringing a wealth of expertise to the table. Holding a bachelor's degree in commerce and a master's degree in business administration with a focus on Operations, Amit takes a leading role in overseeing company logistics, project management, and refining business processes. His primary focus lies in optimising the workflow from contract signing to project completion. Amit works closely with all departments, using his keen eye for detail and strong communication to collaborate seamlessly, ensuring the highest standards in quality, customer service, and customer satisfaction are met.

An industry powerhouse with a global career spanning 30 years, Phillip drives the Kaiser installation team using his considerable international experience to support clients as they go through their design journey. Phillip oversees all elements of installation projects as they progress and guides and updates clients with crucial information. Proactive, assertive, and with a strong background in interior design, Phillip’s excellent attention to detail and quality control ensures that our clients’ expectations are always exceeded.

Passionate about details and delivering to exacting standards, Nizar plays a crucial role in the installation team, ensuring that the client’s exact design vision and concept are delivered. With a strong background in retail and hospitality interiors, Nizar has exceptional technical knowledge and organisational skills and takes great care to make sure every element of a project is handled seamlessly. As a key point of contact for our clients, Nizar uses his excellent attention to detail and communications skills to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and guide clients through the installation process. Leading and managing the Kaiser installation team, Nizar sets the standard for every installation, ensuring the highest standards of quality, health and safety, customer service and customer satisfaction are achieved.
