Portfolio - Stylish Simplicity in Arabian Ranches II 

This Kaiser kitchen in Arabian Ranches II is designed for a family with young kids who did not want to sacrifice style for functionality. The seamless flow between cooking, dining, and living exemplifies the design approach to this kitchen. 

The homeowners requested an open kitchen concept promoting a sense of spaciousness and connectivity with the dining and outdoor areas. 

Handleless fronts in Cashmere paired with the trending Ocean Blue colour provide a vibrant backdrop for this space. Combined with Montblanc countertop and cladding by Ascale, to add texture. No wall units are installed to maintain an uncluttered look. Instead, a shelf made from the countertop material is utilised to display favourite cookbooks and essentials. 

The hob is strategically placed on the island, facing both the dining table and outdoor view, facilitating easy interaction while cooking and enjoying meals. As they also love to host, they have integrated a high seating area into the island, comfortably accommodating six people and fostering a social atmosphere.  

The kitchen is fitted with full Siemens appliances and a Quooker tap for filtered drinking and cooking water readily available. A beverage niche is strategically positioned near the seating area, providing convenient access for preparing coffee and other drinks during entertaining sessions. 

Simplicity is key in this Kaiser kitchen, proving that you can have a stylish and functional kitchen all in one.
